Two people - two condition checks
Compile a brief questionnaire for each: desired release date, experience, language of instruction, availability of shifts, and important duty limitations. Do not send another person's documents without their consent. The contract and grounds for execution are checked individually; the capabilities of one candidate cannot be automatically transferred to another.
Ask for the specific facility, position, and employer for both. If one suits the configuration and the other the packaging, find out if both positions are available at the same time. Comparison of composition and production will help clarify differences in responsibilities.
Confirm both locations before your trip
Record in writing the date of everyone's departure and who confirms availability. The answer "come, we will decide on the spot" leaves a risk: one will find a job, the other will have to wait. Find out until which date the confirmed conditions are valid and what to do when changing the set.
| Question | Which should be clear |
|---|---|
| places | Two specific positions, not one general promise |
| start | A separate date and procedure for registration of each |
| Responsibilities | Process, training and explanatory language |
| Transfer | Contact and procedure if one seat is not available |
This is a checklist, not a description of the current offer Euworkly. The current set is confirmed separately by the team.
Check the changes and the road
Working together on the same site does not mean the same schedule. Ask if the start and end of the shifts coincide, if rotation is possible, or if a joint day off can be agreed upon. Make a household calendar: the time of leaving home, returning, shopping and cooking.
If the objects are different, check the two routes. A shared service bus may not suit both. The boarding address, the possibility of returning after a late shift and the cost of trips for everyone are important. In the absence of transport, estimate the real alternative in advance, not the distance on the map.
A shared room is a separate condition
Find out if a room for two is available, who will live in it, and when you can move in. Ask about the fee for each person, the security deposit, the vacating period and the consequences if one person changes jobs. Don't assume that family status automatically gives you a separate room.
Ask for written confirmation of the agreed terms. General questions about costs and accommodation are collected in articles about housing from the employer.
Prepare a scenario if one start is postponed
Discuss three options: both wait for a new date, one starts earlier, or other locations are chosen. Budget for waiting, food, and lodging before everyone's first paycheck. Do not combine the two expected wages into the Guaranteed Family Income: calculation dates and actual hours may vary.
Before traveling, return to arrival checklist. If there is no confirmation of one seat, first agree on the decision, then buy tickets.
What to write in the application
Example: “There are two of us, ready to start after agreeing on two places. Shared room and compatible day shifts required. The first has experience with the scanner, the second is ready to pack after training. Please confirm the terms of each." This is a conditional example query, not a candidate history.
Open the directory and leave a request, noting the mandatory conditions for two. The availability of two places, the schedule and settlement must be specified according to the current offer.
