What does "no experience" mean in a specific vacancy
Ask what operations will be shown on site and what you need to know before leaving. Is there a mentor? How long does the training last? How is this period paid for? When do independent work begin to be evaluated? Answers should be specific to your position, not the company in general.
It is useful to describe the previous experience with simple actions: worked with a scanner, checked articles, packed fragile goods, counted balances. Even if the title of the old position is different, these skills can help assess the fit. If there is no experience at all, say so directly.
Check how you will understand the instructions
The phrase "Polish is not required" has a practical extension: in what language is the training conducted, who to contact during the shift and how to report an error. The presence of a Ukrainian-speaking recruiter does not yet confirm that he will work next to you.

These phrases are an aid, not a substitute for training and clear instructions. Don't try to guess the action at the equipment by translating one word. If a task is unclear, stop and ask the person in charge.
Compare the study conditions on the two offers
Conditional option A involves showing operations by a mentor and checking before independent work. Option B only says "let's learn quickly". The advantage of A is still in the specificity of the description; the payment, duration and availability of assistance after training need to be clarified.
Ask separately about pace and quality requirements. If the norm appears after adaptation, find out when and how it is explained. Do not consider the first successful hour as proof of readiness for a complete change: tasks can change throughout the day.
What to prepare for the first shift
The day before departure, specify the meeting point, time, name of the person in charge and a list of things. Ask who provides the right work clothes and shoes, where to store personal items, how organized breaks are. Do not purchase special equipment without specific requirements from the party organizing the work.
Save route and contact offline. If you are traveling by organized transport, check that the boarding applies to your shift. It is better to plan the first day with a margin of time, but agree on the exact time of arrival so as not to end up near a closed facility.
How to apply without making too many promises
Write: "I have no warehouse experience, I understand Polish at the elementary level. Training and explanations in Ukrainian are needed. Ready to clarify the schedule and duties." This allows you to ask the right questions to your partner; you should not exaggerate the language level for the sake of a quick invitation.
